FAQ

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Due to the restrictions of COVID19, our team will be working from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays thus, our office will be closed during those days.
We have 2 different types of updates for the sponsors. Our officer will update you through your registered mobile number with photos and certificates and another kind of update will be via our Social Media platforms. The shipping column is a standard requirement from the credit card agency. Thus, it is required for the transaction.
It is pertinent that we capture essential details such as name, mobile number and email to enable us to communicate effectively with the sponsor. It is also for our verification and audit purposes.

Sponsors will receive e-Receipts for payments made by Bank Transfer, PayNow, Cheque or Cash within 14 working days.

If you have made payment via Credit Card or PayPal, the e-receipt will automatically be emailed to your registered email address upon successful transaction.

We are taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our team and the public. It is unfortunate that the Singapore Imtiyaaz team is unable to travel to the sites however, we are working closely with our team on ground as well as with our trusted partner – ACT (Indonesia) to ensure that the job is implemented properly. We have worked together continuously for over a decade and they are well-versed with our policies, logistics and distribution plans.
