Project Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Maintains office services by controlling correspondence, designing filing systems and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Completes operational requirements. Order consolidation and follow-up.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
  • Customer service
  • Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and development of new products and/or projects.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Work Hours: 

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least a GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • 1 year experience in administrative duties.
  • Specific industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office softwares and phone systems
  • Managing processes
  • Developing standards
  • Promoting process improvement
  • Supply management
  • Well-driven and independent
  • Communication skills

Salary range:

S$1800 to S$2200

Creative Intern

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Work Hours: 

Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
